Information

• Due to major events in 2020, we request participants to reserve hotels early.
• We will make a block reservation of rooms at a few convenient hotels, including the Grand Prince Hotel Kyoto, where the welcome reception and gala dinner will be held.
• The conference will start with the welcome reception on Sunday, 23 August 2020, from 5:30 PM.
