The Japanese tea ceremony is called Cha-no-yu, Sado or simply Ocha in Japanese.
It is a choreographic ritual of preparing and serving Japanese green tea, called Matcha, together with traditional Japanese sweets to balance with the bitter taste of the tea.
Please join the authentic tea ceremony and taste traditional green tea and some sweets in a Teahouse nestled in the Japanese garden.
Children are welcome to participate in this program, however, if under age of 6, they should be accompanied by the adults.

IKEBANA: Japanese flower arrangement

Making WA-GASHI (Traditional Japanese Confectionery)

You can make a seasonal real WA-GASHI product at this class. A craftsman from an old Japanese confectioner in Kyoto called “Kanshundo” will guide you kindly in class. You will take home the confectionery you will make.
